Just what I needed--I woke up this morning with the same stomach virus that the boys both have. Lincoln is the sickest of the 4 of us because he has a terrible cold including a raspy voice, harsh wet cough, and a runny nose. Plus he has a stomach bug so he's not eating much, throwing up (once all over the hardwood floor, walls, couch, shelves, etc. and he has the runs (TMI?). Oliver is the next sickest with a runny nose and the stomach bug (same as Lincoln). He threw up 3 times in one night causing me to change his jammies 3 times and his bedding twice. It was gross, but his room was dark so I couldn't see it very well. I am the 3rd sickest with no cold just a stomach bug that is getting much better by tonight! John is the 4th sickest with bad gas. Just kidding! He's not sick at all, just sick of taking care of the rest of us!
I am grateful that I am feeling much better tonight. I didn't go to church and just slept most of the morning away, plus I took a good nap in the afternoon. Oliver is getting much better and has got his appetite back, so that's a good sign. Poor little Lincoln is still sick, but I can see definite improvements. If there was just a cure for the common cold he would be in much better shape. He still isn't eating much, but just ate half a bottle so that's a little better. I've been trying to give him Pedialite, but he has had less than 1 ounce all day.
John went to a priesthood meeting tonight with D2 and has just returned home. I'm ready for bed now (it's 8:10)!
